Processing
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing after placing your order. Please understand that processing time is separate from how long it will take for your order to reach its desired destination. After processing, you will receive a tracking number, which will update once USPS has received the package and begun the shipping process.
Purchasing
Please understand holding items in your cart does not secure their availability. Our drops are extremely limited, so if an item sells out, we will contact you via email or phone regarding your order and the unavailable items.
Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the USA, but we are actively working to make worldwide shipping available. All our packages are shipped with the United States Postal Service First Class Shipping (USPS). That said, please allow 5-7 business days for domestic shipping. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping destination, which is essential for ensuring you receive your delivery on time. Please also understand once your order is in the hands of USPS, Success Goat is not responsible for stolen, lost, incorrect address, or misplaced packages.
Return & Exchanges
Our return policy lasts seven business days after your order has been received. For all exchanges and returns, please get in touch with us here. All returns and exchanges will be processed once we have received the return/exchange. Please understand items are only exchangeable if they are unworn, in good condition, and in original packaging. Items that have been worn and or not in their original packaging can only be exchanged for store credit. Items must be brought to USPS within 14 days after a return label has been issued.
